How the FUTCHY iPhone game and the website futchy.co treat your information.

1. Who we are

FUTCHY is a general-audience mobile beach footvolley game for iOS. This policy covers the FUTCHY app and the website at futchy.co. For any privacy question, write to chen.mishani@gmail.com.

2. Information on your device

• No account. FUTCHY does not require you to create an account, sign in, or give us your name or email address in order to play.
• Stays on your device. The game's own code does not send your progress, your character or your settings off your device. They are stored locally. Deleting the app removes this local data from your device; copies in your own device or iCloud backups are controlled by your device settings.
• Your consent choice. Your advertising choice, the version of the consent text you saw and the time of your answer are also stored locally on your device.

3. Rewarded advertising

The only advertising in FUTCHY is an optional rewarded video: you may choose to watch a short ad to receive the ×2 coin bonus. Ads are never required to play. They are provided by two services, both operated by Unity Technologies, each under its own privacy policy, and they are the only advertising partners FUTCHY uses:

• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), an ad mediation service. See the LevelPlay GDPR compliance page and the LevelPlay US state privacy laws page.
• Unity Ads, an ad network. See the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy FAQ and the Unity Privacy Policy.

When advertising is enabled, these services may process information from your device, such as identifiers available to the advertising software, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system, language and connection information, ad views and interactions, and performance and diagnostic information. They use it to deliver ads, to personalise them where permitted, to measure them and to prevent fraud. The exact information is defined by those providers and described in the notices linked above. We do not control how they handle information under their own policies.

4. Consent and your choices

• Everyone is asked, once. At launch every player, in every country, sees our own advertising consent dialog one time. It appears before any advertising software is started. We do not decide by location.
• If you agree, your consent is recorded, then the advertising service is started and rewarded offers may appear.
• If you decline, or do not answer, the advertising service is not started at all. No ads are shown and no advertising software runs. The whole game stays playable as normal; only the optional ×2 coin bonus is unavailable.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → About → Privacy options. Withdrawing immediately switches off new rewarded offers and stops the advertising service from starting on later launches.
• If something material changes (the partners, the purposes or the consent wording), we change the consent version and ask you again.

5. Tracking

FUTCHY does not show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

6. Children

FUTCHY is a general-audience game. It is not a Kids Category app and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has given us information, or you have concerns about an ad shown in the game, please contact us so we can look into it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information, such as the rights to access, correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because FUTCHY has no account system, we generally hold no personal profile about you. Information processed by the advertising partners is governed by their policies, and you can use the links in section 3 to exercise your rights with them. 8. This website

futchy.co is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and does not load third-party scripts, fonts or media. The company that hosts the site may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation. We do not collect personal information through the site except what you choose to send us by email.

9. Changes to this policy

If the game or the website changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
